What do you prefers, suit with trousers or skirt? I think it's also important, that the colour of your clothes does not hide the dog-if your dog is black, you should not wear black, unless you want to hide your dog...

On my opinion to wear skirt or trousers depend on the breed. If I handle a breed with whom I need to run, I will choose a skirt. If a small dog, then- trousers. But sometimes with small dogs skirt looks good too. You don`t have to wear Xtra Mini E.g. a handler from Israel that was at Crufts last year had Super Xtra Mini Some judges just hate handlers in skirts (one of them is from LV : If I know that the judge is from Australia, USA or Germany, I definetly will wear a skirt! With colours is a little bit difficult for me! In November, when I went to International show in Poznan, in JH I had to handle a Papillon. I took only black trousers and blue/black/white jacket (you probably saw it in Silute?). And so, that Papillon was in the ring when i had to go to JH and I took black/silver Zwergschnauzer. The judge was Elke Peper and I won Best Overall JH over 72 handlers even though I had black trousers and black dog Elke is one of the most popular JH judges in dog worldwide, so I think sometimes colour doesn`t depends...But if I would knew that i handled a black zwergschnauzer, I would wear black skirt or trousers another colour! And a famous JH from Finland handles black American Cocker, wearing black skirt! I prefer suit with skirt, but always better to buy a triple suit with jacket, suit and trousers

Adi, that was really interesting to read! Hihihi, I remember a competitor with samoyed with super extra mini and boots with very high heal. It didn't looked very nice, but she took BOB. Lol! I once wore cream jacket, becouse I wanted to hyde golden retriever's topline. And it worked. What about clothes for very hot weather? I saw handlers with very little on themselves and handlers that were dressed like it was winter. But what, lets say, typs of clothes for hot weather do you prefer?

In JH I prefer to wear a suit, but in showing ring or when it rains if the show is outside I can to not wear a suit (just jeans with a jacket). Once at the show was very warm weather so I dressed only skirt and T-shirt. it depends if the show is National, Speciality or International
