My friend asked me to post this info... Hello,
I'd like to share you the information, that on the 9th(Monday) of April in 2007,at the Golden Retriever Club Show at Szilvasvarad,HUNGARY (after the Szilvasvarad CACIB which is a Cruft's qualification show) the Junior Handler Competition's judge will be Eszter Kazinczy! I should be glad if you will spread this info, because it would be nice if it will be a high standart competition with a lot of competitiors from abroad!
Thank you very much and hope to see you there!

Murphy can go in Veterans from www.skk.se : Veteran class7 years of age or moreVery well preserved veterans can be awarded HP. Veterans of excellent quality and still in full bloom can be awarded Ck and are then eligible to compete in Best Male or Best Bitch class. Provided that the dog has been awarded at least a HP, the Best Dog Veteran and the Best Bitch Veteran should compete for Best Veteran of Breed. Veteran in breeds which need Working trial/Field trial merits for CAC and wants to compete for the CC must be entered in Working trial/Field trial class.

*Adi*, and what about travel with a dog to England?... How to get there? Do they admit foreign dogs to Craft's?... What about quarantine period, they ask for every incoming dog/cat? Yes, there`s a quarantine... But in every country there are totally different rules... You have to call to Lithuanian Veterinary department! It will be much better! www.pvd.gov.lv/ - Latvian Veterinary department

There are some ways how to get your dog on Crufts. 1. If you`ve visited one of below mentioned shows with getting Best female/ Best male, Best Junior female/ Best Junior male your dog receives qualification for Crufts. For year 2007 the dog shows are: USA Eukanuba AKC Invitational Tampa 14th - 15th January 2006 Italy International Dog Show Milan 28th - 29th January 2006 Luxembourg Spring Show 2006 Luxembourg 25th - 26th March 2006 Denmark International CAC-CACIB Show Hilleroed 6th - 7th May 2006 Spain Spring Dog Show Madrid 20th - 21st May 2006 Switzerland CACIB Show St Gallen 21st May 2006 Finland FCI's European Winner 2006 Helsinki 9th - 11th June 2006 France Championship Show Le Bourget 17th - 18th June 2006 Norway Oslo International Show Oslo 12th - 13th August 2006 Estonia International Dog Show "Winner" 2006 Tallinn 19th - 20th August 2006 Belgium Brussels Dog Show Brussels 24th - 25th June 2006 Portugal 107th CPC/Lisbon International Dog Show Lisbon 8th - 9th July 2006 Hungary CACIB Show Kecskemet 9th - 10th September 2006 Gibraltar Gibraltar KC Show Gibraltar 23rd - 24th September 2006 New Zealand NZKC ProPlan National Dog Show Palmerston North 29th Sept - 1st Oct 2006 Austria Bundessiegerausstellung Tulln 30th Sept - 1st Oct 2006 Malta International Championship Show De La Salle, Cottonera 25th - 26th November 2006 Netherlands Winners Show Amsterdam 25th - 26th November 2006 Finland FKC's Winner 2006 Helsinki 2nd - 3rd December 2006 Sweden Hund 2006 Stockholm 9th - 10th December 2006 The winner of Best female/ Best male, Best Junior female/ Best Junior male in 2005 at the one of the shows could choose when to participate: in 2006 or 2007. 2. I remember that somewhere at www.crufts.org.uk I`ve read that EVERY International Champion of FCI can participate at Crufts too. 3. Also at www.crufts.org.uk was written that some FCI members in Europe have the signed contract with the EKC which testifies that National Champion of the Country (which has this contract) can go to crufts without Qualification. This year at Crufts will take part 4 and maybe even more dogs from Latvia, but all of them got the Oversease qualification. Better will be if you will send the message to the Crufts Event Organization: www.crufts.org.uk go to "Contact Us" and roll down and there you can write them a message! They will reply you in about a week (maybe sooner) on your e-mail!
